Construction yard

The MANROY yard spans an impressive 2,190 sqm, serving as a well-equipped hub for our operations. It includes the Administrative Headquarters for managing projects, a Communication Centre to ensure seamless connectivity, and Warehousing Facilities for secure storage. Additionally, the yard features areas designated for Material and Equipment Storage, a Fabrication Space and Workshop for precision tasks, and a Staff Parking Lot for convenience. A Mustering Point is available for safety protocols, along with portable water and toilet facilities to meet hygiene standards. To ensure uninterrupted operations, the yard is powered by a standby electricity generator. This state-of-the-art facility reflects our dedication to delivering excellence in construction and engineering services.
